During my Christmas holiday stay, I really enjoyed the great location of the hotel which was situated near the lake. The location made it very easy to explore the various cafes and shops situated in the area. it was very close to the ferry port which made it easy for us to go on boat rides. Lastly, the hotel offered tasty and freshly cooked food which made our short break even more special.

One of the worst aspects of the hotel was that the room was located on the top floor and there was no lift. It was somewhat challenging to climb up the stairs carrying all my luggage.

Perfect location in the heart of the city, close to the lake and surrounded by lovely cafes and souvenir shops. the view from the window was stunning and well-worth the stay. the bed was super comfortable and made for an enjoyable stay.

The noise level from the nearby shops and restaurants was disruptive, especially during late hours. the lack of a lift or alternative for people with mobility problems made it a tough climb to our room on the top floor.

The hotel's location was great, as it was close to many shops and restaurants. it was situated near the lake, providing beautiful views. the room was clean and had basic amenities like soap and a fan.

The communication with the staff was difficult, and they insisted on cash payment before showing us the facilities.

WE HAD A GREAT TIME NEAR THE LAKE. The hotel had friendly staff, clean rooms, and a convenient location near shops and restaurants. Plus, a restaurant and bar were conveniently located on site. We would definitely recommend this hotel to others!

Centrally located at the lake. Many cafes and shops in the area. Close to ferry port. Exceedingly helpful and friendly family. Clean room with soap and fan provided. Close proximity to Lake Konstanz. Surrounded by fantastic restaurants. Bar/restaurant at the base.
